A plain answer to what associations actually ask us: where your data lives, who can see it, and what runs behind the scenes to generate a report card.
Access to player data is limited to SportGrade's operator, not shared or sold to anyone else.
Data is stored on AWS in Canada, Central region, a real point of confidence for Canadian associations.
Report narratives are generated using Anthropic's Claude API. Scores and notes pass through that service to produce the written report.
Data moving between your browser and SportGrade's servers is encrypted.
Parents receive report cards by email only. There's no parent account or password for anyone to compromise.
If an association cancels, past seasons stay readable for 60 days before removal, so nothing disappears without notice.
We use the following subprocessors to operate SportGrade:
