How do accounts and teams work?
One account covers every team, age group, and sport your association runs. Coaches score and report on the players in front of them. The coach reviews each report and submits it, and the parent gets it by email.
Who sees what?
Coaches see their own team. Administrators see every team, every coach, and every report card sent.
What do parents receive?
A Player Development Report by email, written for each player. There is no app to install and no account to create. Reports show your association's logo. See a full sample.

Where is our data stored?
In Canada. Player data is stored on AWS in the Canada Central region. See Security for who can access it and which services handle data.
What does it cost?
$6.50 CAD per player, per year. Your first team is free for one evaluation cycle. An evaluation cycle is any point where player reports are sent to parents. A card is required at signup. Starting a new cycle bills your account automatically at $6.50 CAD per player. A player on more than one team in your association is charged once. A player who belongs to two associations is charged once by each. Send as many reports as you need for a player during the year at no extra charge. It is a single flat rate whether your association runs one team or fifty, with no volume tiers. No sales calls, no custom quotes. There are no refunds.
What happens if we cancel?
Reports already sent stay in parents' inboxes. Your account keeps read access to past seasons in the dashboard for 60 days after cancelling. After that, the data is removed. Fees already charged are not refunded.
